High performing organizations start with good leaders and I believe that intention and authenticity are the foundation for the most effective leadership. With thirteen years in the oil and gas industry, I have extensive experience learning to navigate the corporate world and leading teams through everything from day-to-day operations to corporate reorganizations to difficult cultural change. I found that my teams were the most successful when I led by empowering others and being my authentic self, and I am passionate about helping others find their leadership voices and lead high performing teams as well.
As a coach, my goal is to empower others to discover what drives them to success and fulfillment and find ways to incorporate that into their leadership with purpose and intention. I work with individuals and teams to maximize their strengths and build cultures that motivate and energize, and advise small businesses on topics ranging from organizational design to talent management.

Lindsay is a certified leadership coach and business advisor and Principal at Intentional Leadership Advising, LLC. Prior to transitioning to a full-time coaching role, she spent thirteen years at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Beginning as a Landman, Lindsay advanced through leadership roles of increasing responsibility culminating in a position as Director of Land for Anadarko’s Rockies operations. Lindsay has a BA in International Relations and History from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from The University of Texas School of Law. She recently completed the International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program through Rutgers University and is a member of the ICF.
